Built in 1890, this Woodbridge mini-castle wooed us last month with an asking price below $200K. Despite the crazy demand for Woodbridge real estate, the historic hideaway was pulled from the market a couple weeks ago without selling.
Yesterday, we were surprised to see that familiar orange turret in the 'For Rent' section of Craigslist. The renter gets the entire house for $1,600/month, which includes the ever-intriguing "sleeping porch."
