This small construction site is easy to miss, but it's the beginnings of a new retail building downtown. The builders, Ferlito Construction, confirmed plans to build a two-story retail building adjacent to the old Mannequin Building, home to coworking space Bamboo Detroit. Design details and renderings aren't available yet, but Ferlito tells us that Gameday Detroit, a sports apparel shop with a location on Park Street, is connected to the project.
