Charming Corktown Cottage Wants $160K, Needs Some Style

Less than a year ago, someone nabbed a meticulously renovated Corktown cottage for $169K. Today, a just-listed cottage, sans-awesome renovations, is asking $160K. Ambitious! The one that sold last year was 1,322 square feet, but today's contender is 1,600 of house space and 1,270 square feet of basement space. Does the much larger size justify the price? It's hard to tell how much work is needed without a thorough walk-through, but make sure you factor in some money for landscaping, because the backyard is looking a little rough.
