The RiverWalk has taken a big leap west. Opened yesterday, the latest extension pushes beyond Joe Louis Arena and the Riverfront Towers, traveling all the way to Rosa Parks Boulevard. The path spans the twenty-acre site that used to hold the Detroit Free Press printing plant, which is now green space.
