Gaze out over TechTown from this airy space in the Graphic Arts Lofts. With 14-foot ceilings and polished cement floors, the interior does look a little cold. From what we've seen in other units, the Home Depot aesthetic goes away once furniture is moved in.
Designed in the 1920s, the building was equipped with huge factory windows to ensure a sunny interior for the design professionals who worked inside. This two-bedroom unit occupies the NW corner of an upper floor, so its largest window faces the sunset. It's hard to beat TechTown's location between Midtown and New Center, and even harder to beat an in-unit washer and dryer. Rent: $1,430/month.
