Since closing on an Indian Village Mansion for $412K, the President of Shinola, Jacques Panis, has had the home's former gray paint covered over with a fresh coat of white. At the house this weekend a cherry picker parked in the yard was attending to additional exterior work. Last friday, when news of the sale broke on this site, one commenter reported that "Extensive ongoing renovations is an understatement. There has been a team of ten to fifteen working on this house virtually nonstop for three months." Sounds like it might just be getting gutted.
