Giant Home of Casino Executive Don H. Barden Gets $575K

The former home of businessman Don Barden was asking $500K when it came on the market, it then raised the price to $599K before it sold for $575K in March. The 7,700 square footer has six bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, an in-ground Olympic sized pool, a grand staircase, and a sun room. Barden, who died in 2011 was the owner of Barden Companies which ranked as the 10th-highest-grossing black-owned company, with $405 million in revenue in 2010. Barden became the first black owner of a Las Vegas casino, and sold a business to Comcast for more than $100 million.
