After six lonely months on the market, a bulky Palmer Woods Tudor is ready for its first price chop. The original ask of $425K was recently sheared down to $399,995, which might just do the trick. Looking beyond the amateurish listing photos, the three-story behemoth sits atop a sweeping corner lot and comes equipped with the fun extras found in homes built for the ultra-wealthy.

The house contains five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fireplaces, and an "astounding array of 70 leaded-glass windows." That's according to the Palmer Woods neighborhood website, which describes the house admiringly:
"Built on a solid foundation more typical of commercial construction, there is evidence of superior craftsmanship throughout the 3,400 square-foot structure. Terrazzo floors, wood and steel beams, and two back-to-back staircases in the center of the house are a few examples."
