Fantastic news: a downtown Detroit building has a dumpster parked outside, as photographed by a Curbed tipster this morning. What it could mean is that The Capitol Park Building, which is supposed to be converted to 60-70 apartments, is making progress. Maybe. The building has been on our development radar for more than a year. We spotted signs of demolition/abatement work inside the long-abandoned building in June. Does anyone have more details? Tell us in the comments.
