Comment of The Day

The good things to come out of this are 1] the recognition on the part of the burbs that Detroit's issues are everyone's issue, 2] the burbs can't run from or wall off the problems but must cooperate in dealing with them, 3] Duggan extended an olive branch, acknowledged the concerns and is willing and committed to cooperating with the burbs for everyone's benefit. It's too bad that it had to be as big an embarrassment as it was but maybe something positive can come out of it in the end. Time will tell. -IronJohn [Summer of Shed/Barricade Ends, Takes Shed/Barricade With It]
