The Chateau Fort Co-op community's animal house, "The Wolf" has gone under contract after dropping the price. When first we met the beast, named for the window flag watching over the street, it was seeking $110K. After popping off the market, then back on at $99K, it got four offers and went under contract. We won't know until it closes what the final sales price is, but it could have been a real steal for this three-bedroom, 2,300 square foot home. Granted, it's badly in need of a remodel, but with the fancy neighboring Co-op asking $159K these days, it should still be a solid buy in great neighborhood.
