The Claridge House has a newly renovated 1,260 square foot apartment asking $1,500. It has some unfortunate carpet, but only in the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms and they are boring but fine and clean. The kitchen looks very new and probably no worsely designed than the Broderick Tower ones. They do allow pets and the ad says that by living there you will "experience the revitalization of Detroit" so keep us posted on how that is going.
