When 1361 Nicolet came on the market asking $149K, we did not expect it to be such a record buster. But it got interesting when the price upped to $159K. The co-op unit designed by Mies Van Der Rohe has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,400 square feet. Mies co-op units were selling in the $80-90K range in early 2012. So when 1361 closed for $165K on June 23, the neighbors were indeed Mies pleased. Will we see more folks start?
