Shelborne Development is renovating six apartment buildings in the Palmer Park district, and one has been renting for about a year now. LaVogue Square is offering "affordable luxury" with one bedrooms renting for $428-673 and two bedrooms renting for $365-806, according to a Craigslist post. There are but two photos of the newly remodeled interiors and someone has committed a crime against decor and hung vertical blinds in one of them. With downtown rents rising, we're wondering where the tipping point on Palmer Park rentals might be. Is this building anywhere near full? How is living there going so far? Leave a comment or tell the tipline.
