Boston Edison Home Goes Big, Asks $400,000

New, 25 comments

A 4,800 square foot home in Boston Edison just came on the market at $400K. It was last bought in 2003 for $250,000 so that's quite the upper. It would seem the current owners put a lot into the renovations. The lovely historic bits preserved include original wall sconces, nickel chandeliers, and the original doors. They've gone and fancified the kitchen and added enough fridge capacity to feed a football team. The home has five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
