Keelson Drive and its environs are a pretty strange Detroit neighborhood. It is a Detroit address that looks more like Troy and it ain't cheap either. There's a mini McMansion house now listed over there for $420K. The home offers 3,000 square feet with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home was built in 2004 and last sold in May 2012 for $225,000. The cookie-cutter nature of this block is freaky but the interior of the home is less horrible than the exterior. But if this is your jam you should probably just try Troy.
