The El Moore Development is transforming a former Midtown apartment building into a hotel development brought to you by the same folks that renovated the Green Garage. First we heard that the roof was getting "urban cabins," and then they appeared. But now the original structure has more friends. First off, there is some sort of attached tower that we're guessing might be for an elevator? You tell us.
Secondly there is a structure closer to the middle of the block that seems like it might be an open air picnic spot, possibly with solar panels on the roof? Those green garagers are into sustainability so we would bet on that.
Last we heard the development was aiming for completion in spring of 2015. We will keep you posted.
