Today the hole in the ground known as the potential future M-1 rail line is getting tracks. The 560 foot, four-ton sections of rail are being installed on Woodward Avenue. Never has a city been so over-enthused to travel a 3.3 mile stretch (in a straight line). [CBS Local]
