Motor City Muckraker has dug up 25 properties in the Wayne County Tax Foreclosure auction (going on now!) Auction coverage has been pretty quiet this year, at least compared to last year when we had the Packard Plant to obsess over. Keep in mind that it is round one right now, most properties will sell in round two which has $500 minimum bid. [MCM]
