Bursting Pipes Turned This Giant Tudor into a Popsicle

New, 14 comments

Boston-Edison is now home to a 3,500-square-foot popsicle. Here's what we know: Last week, bitter temperatures caused at least one pipe to burst inside a historic tudor on 14th Street and W. Boston. "Water flowing from window" was reported at the address via SeeClickFix on Thursday and quickly acknowledged by the DWSD, but there was no confirmation that water had been shut off until earlier today. Whatever the case, things don't look good for the now-glaciated tudor, which appears to be $13,622 behind in property taxes. Please find us on the tipline with any additional info.
