With a $20K Price Chop, Will This Detroit Abode Find a Buyer?

New, 22 comments

Between Detroit and Highland Park, this four-bedroom single-family-home was first listed in October of this year for $232,900. Just recently, it experienced a $20,000 price chop, dropping it down to the current $212,900. With roughly half an acre of land, this listing is adjacent to a golf course and features a paved driveway with an attached garage. Some of the highlights inside include hardwood flooring throughout and multiple fireplaces. There are plenty of turnoffs, though. A few include incredibly green bathroom, an intensely blue bedroom, and carpeting that is in desperate need of a replacement. Readers, do you think the abode is still too pricey? Let us know in the comments.
