Detroit's riverfront event/cement space, Hart Plaza, has sprung a major leak. Part of Hart's underground labyrinth (the gallery, apparently) has been filled with a significant amount of icy water, though crews are working nonstop to soak it up. The report blames the flood on a broken water main, which isn't unusual. At the same time, nor is scrapping in Hart Plaza, which could've produced similar results. Either way, it's a good thing they're putting the plaza's new LED signage so high off the ground.
