There's nothing quite like an old warehouse near the riverfront. On the market for $1.75M, this 85,000-square-foot specimen is being pitched as an ideal candidate for a loft conversion. It's hard to disagree. There are high ceilings, factory windows and wood floors. It even has a rusty water tower acting as a rooftop garnish. The warehouse was built around 1905, but details about its history are elusive. From what it looks like, the interior had some unique tenants.
