Walk Everywhere From a Scenic West Village Townhouse

New, 16 comments

West Village has plenty of historic townhouses, but the row on the corner of Agnes and Parker is probably the most envied location. It's the perfect urban neighborhood setting, nestled between tall apartment buildings, surrounded by tall trees and old houses. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,500 square feet, this end unit makes for an appealing rental. It doesn't look renovated, but it certainly looks well-kept for a building constructed in 1912. Especially compared to the opposite end unit, which hit the market as a foreclosure last year. The rent is $1,500/month—not exactly cheap, but certainly reasonable, given the amount of space and the restaurants/coffee waiting 40 steps from the front porch.
