Tipping Point Neighborhoods

Detroit's battle against blight might feel like a random house-smashing spree, but the demolitions are strategic. The Detroit Land Bank targets neighborhoods that are still densely-populated and those near the "tipping point." Since 2014, those neighborhoods have included Osbourne, the far east side, Warrendale, and areas of NW Detroit. Here's an interactive map of the progress. [Bridge Magazine]
