One of Brush Park's signature ruins just hit the jackpot. Detroit native and "Rehab Addict" star Nicole Curtis revealed yesterday that the Ransom Gillis House would likely be her next project. "We have been staring down Brush Park for a long time," Curtis said in an interview with WXYZ. "I think we've finally found a way to make the numbers work."

"Rehab Addict" follows Curtis as she renovates and flips homes in a few different cities, including Minneapolis and Detroit. It's a safe bet that reviving the Gillis House will eat up multiple episodes. Abandoned decades ago, the house dates back to 1876. Hoping to keep it upright long enough to find a hero, the city stabilized the collapsing structure back in 2005. That effort will likely pay off this summer, when Curtis hopes to get work underway. Visit the Brush Park Preservation Society for more interior shots.
