Three Squared, a shipping container developer, loves nothing more than pretending they're about to start a big condo project in Corktown. After false starts in 2012, 2013, and 2014, we must acknowledge that Three Squared really is building at this very moment. It's relatively small and technically just north of Corktown, but let's not split hairs.
According to Three Squared's website, we're looking at a 2,400-square-foot model center called Trumbull Squared. It'll contain a pair of demo apartments meant to give you a feel for the larger condo building, which is permanently "coming soon." At the very least, Trumbull Squared has officially made more progress than its Eastern Market rival ever did. That's gotta count for something.
