The University District contains the most promising foreclosure listing we've seen in a while. Asking $68K, it's a big, 3,000-square-foot tudor with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, none of which are smashed by scrappers or full of garbage. In fact, we're not spotting any major issues right off the bat. Could it be?
The house was built in 1934. It's hard to see behind the trees, but there's a lot of pretty brick and stonework on the facade. Interior highlights include plenty of hardwood flooring an a wood-paneled library. The house even comes with a mismatched set of newer vinyl windows, along with a bar in the partially-finished basement.
