While all we have to go on for the time being are artists' renderings, Rainier Court, set to begin leasing this fall, seems to have some nice amenities on offer—in-unit laundry, dishwashers, an elevator, and hardwood floors. There's also off-street parking and a security system to make Midtown living even more appealing. Units range in price from $950 for a 1-bedroom (with the twee name "The Selden") to $1350 for the 2-bedroom dubbed "The Woodward." Developers have had high hopes for this place and it sold in 2014 for $535K. Watch this space for a look inside courtesy of Curbed's photography team.
