This high-rise condo has hardwood floors, a large master closet and includes amenities like a security guard, one garage parking space and a pool. The views are amazing—so amazing the current owner has a large telescope to better appreciate them with. No idea if that might be negotiable with the ask.
The building also offers a fitness center, grilling area and tennis courts, and you can dock your boat there for a fee. There's bamboo flooring in the master, and the large windows let in plenty of light along with the views. While the bathroom and kitchen could use a little updating, the price is right for that.
One drawback here is the hefty $633 HOA fee. While the fee includes water, heat and maintenance on all the nifty extras (pool, tennis, boat dock, workout room, security), it still seems pretty high. The condo does offer a view that's nearly as lofty as the HOA. Given the ask and the growing popularity of riverfront living, it may be worth that big monthly expense.
