Colorful Former Brothel in New Center Looking to Change Careers

New, 2 comments

Looking for an office space with a history? Maybe a location for a doggy daycare? Or a place to throw totally legal and not sketchy parties? A new listing in New Center could be the answer for the right business owner with a passion for purple.

This former brothel features 4,000 square feet of space across two stories of very colorful decor for $4k/month (negotiable). The listing suggests that private rooms could be used as cubicles and that the rest of the building has the sought after open floor plan. The owner says that there has been a lot of interest in the property so far.

Located at 29 E. Baltimore, this building is located a block away from the M-1 Rail and close to the Fisher Building and the College for Creative Studies. Parking is limited to the street and the new tenant may need to do some minor repairs (and paint).

Whatever its future use, the new tenants will certainly have a story to tell about its past.
