Guess the listing price for this 116-year-old North End home

New, 5 comments

We’re back in the North End today with a house that was built in 1900 just south of the Arden Park District. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and lots of original charm.

It’s a house that’s in reasonable condition and could be a dream for someone who loves an old house that they can fix up one room at a time. The listing also says there’s potential for rental income or an in-law suite upstairs.

The price? If you had looked earlier in the month, it would be $75,000. But a Curbed tipster let us know that he put an offer in close to asking and didn’t get a response. They listed with a new agent and the price went up to $85,000. They submitted another offer and now the price is up to $110,000.

Hmmm.
