We’re kinda loving the location of this old duplex that just listed. It’s just a few blocks away from Michigan Central, but even better, it’s close to Honey Bee, one of our favorite stores. The wrought iron fencing adds some nice details, as well. It’s listing for $209,900.
Each flat is pretty spacious, with hardwood floors and lots of light. The systems (electrical, plumbing, etc) and roof have recently been replaced. There’s also a garage in the back with room for one car, but according to the listing, it could be fixed up for additional studio space. Interesting. Did we mention it’s really close to Mexicantown? Considering the lack of groceries in other parts of town, we’re seriously jealous of this location.
