The $65 million, 200,000-square-foot, five story mixed-use development, known as The Scott at Brush Park, continues to make progress with an opening expected by December 1. This Wednesday, Broder & Sachse announced that the new-to-market Carter Snell Skin Center and dermatology office will open in the building in the spring of 2017.
Located at 3150 Woodward Avenue, the privately owned and operated skin center will span 1,950 square feet with Dr. Brittany Carter-Snell, a board certified physician, heading the office. According to a press release, Carter-Snell chose the location due to its close proximity to the new M-1 Rail.
When open, The Scott will feature 199 residential units and approximately 15,000 square feet of first-floor retail and restaurant space. An American-style bistro is expected to open in the space.
Each of the residential units will have a full-sized washer and dryer, island in the kitchen, and modern sliding barn doors. In the kitchen, there will be granite countertops, while the bathrooms will have quartz. Each unit also features a private balcony. Amenities will include an art gallery in the lobby, pet grooming station, and private underground parking. Rents will range from $949 to $2,893 per month.
