Welcome to this week's installment of Curbed Comparisons, where we explore what you can rent for a certain dollar amount in various Detroit neighborhoods. We're aiming high this week and looking at rentals around the city within $100 of today's price: $2,000.

First we’ll visit a rental with a view. This Riverfront Towers condo has views of the river, Windsor, and Detroit. It’s a gated community with 24-hour security and covered parking. The condo itself has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It’s renting for $2,000 a month, plus electric.

Or you could live in the same building as the Centaur Bar, if you’re into that. This loft is newly renovated, with one bedroom and nearly 1,200 square feet. It’s close to the new arena, a couple blocks from Comerica Park, and behind the Fox Theater. You’ll have a good view of all the changes happening down there! The cost? $2,050 a month.

The Scott at Brush Park opens this week, and there are two-bedroom units still available. Amenities include a "community areas, an indoor and outdoor kitchen, a 24/7 wellness center, a four season hot tub, a stainless steel swimming pool." It’s renting for $2,023 per month and is located along the QLINE and just down the street from the new arena.
