The Bullock-Greene Hardware Company building sits on Michigan Avenue in Corktown, on the same block as the trendy Katoi, Xaviers Antique Store, and the New Life Rescue Mission. The building has recently been converted to rental units, and one in particular is different from the rest. It takes up three levels and 7,580 square feet. You can fit a car or two in here! And yes, it’s listing for $10,000 a month. Don't worry - utilities are included!

What can you get for $10,000 a month? It comes fully furnished, with a private freight elevator, a fireplace, a cool spiral staircase, a commercial kitchen (unclear if the full stocked bar comes with it), and a gym/spa. The main floor has room for a 14-seat table, a 9-seat bar, and an enormous seating area with couches in between. There’s also a glass garage door that opens into a courtyard, where you can gaze at the mural on the building and Michigan Central Station across the way. This is quite the space.

Is $10K a month too much for you? No worries! There are three more modest units available, coming in at $2,500-$2,800 a month.
