They say that December is slow for real estate, but does real estate ever really sleep in Detroit? We found four great houses around the city, all under $125,000 $115,000. Here’s what’s on the market right now.

This cool ranch in NW Detroit seems to have midcentury dreams, but its current look is stuck in the 70s. The front doors are beautiful (how often do we say that?) but that chandelier in the living room is a bit much. And Detroiters love murals, right? There’s one in the living room. The kitchen is functional, but a bit outdated. And there’s a bar in the basement, of course. There’s a ton of potential here though, and the three-bedroom, two bath house is priced at $115,000.

For $75,000, you can get this NW Detroit brick house that’s been recently flipped. We’re not big fans of carpet, but at least it’s new carpet. It’s on the smaller side at 1,200 square feet, but it has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and it’s pretty much move in ready.

Here’s a house in Grandmont Rosedale with three bedrooms and one and a half baths. Could use some work? Sure, but it’s listing for $80,000 and it seems to be in pretty good condition.

And here’s a super cute house in East English Village that looks like it’s been recently renovated. The outside is a sharp green and white contrast, and the inside has new bathroom and kitchen finishes, three bedrooms, and one bath. It’s listing for $115,000.
