Impressive Indian Village Tudor asks $595K

New, 4 comments

Newly listed is this lovely six-bedroom home in Indian Village. It sits on the corner of Seminole and East Vernor, right next to this big mansion. It has a lot of that old charm we love seeing in these big Indian Village abodes, and it’s listing for $595,000.

It definitely has curb appeal, with big shady trees and sunburst style brickwork around the door. Inside, there’s quite a bit of wood paneling in the downstairs living areas. The kitchen has one of those awkward layouts that we often see, with a butler’s pantry for extra storage. We wonder if an island might be more convenient than a table, though.

It also has a formal living room with an onyx fireplace, a finished basement, and a third floor suite. The master suite is quite impressive too, with a walk-in closet and dressing room. They smartly took pictures during the summer, seeing as now is not the time of year to show off a beautiful backyard. What say you, Curbed readers?
