Work from this Eastern Market loft; keep an eye on downtown

We like to take a look at different office spaces around the city, and this one popped up on our radar this week. It’s located on the same block in Eastern Market that we recently checked out, with a few new businesses opening this year. It’s a big, open space (4,000 square feet to be exact) on the fifth floor and it’s full of windows, which may be distracting to some (admittedly, I’d be distracted).

It’s renting for $2,150 a month, and might be good for a creative or arts group. Also located on the same block? Antietam, Trinosophes, Inner State Gallery, Cyberoptix, and more.
