We've had some tipsters ask us about work being done on the outside of Book Tower recently. Our own photographers took a few pictures as they saw it happening.

As reported last summer, Book Tower sold to Dan Gilbert's Bedrock for $30 million (our readers were very excited to see this building saved). Our friends at Historic Detroit also noticed the work outside - mystery solved!
