Sweet North Rosedale Park House Asks $102.5K

Nice original features, could use some updating

The outside of this 1,891-square-foot North Rosedale Park house first drew us in. The pictures that followed honestly didn't do much for it. But the urging to, "BRING YOUR FUSSIEST BUYER!" was really what sold us. (FYI, we don't know if that's a good idea). This sweet house does have a lot of original detail and feels like it could use a lot of updating. It's listed for $102,500.

The interior of this 1931, three bedroom, two and a half bath is loaded with archways connecting rooms and in the bedrooms. It even has a brick archway surrounding the stove. There's an enormous fireplace in the living room with intricate detail. But the kitchen and bathrooms, which seem to be stuck in time, could use a complete overhaul.
