Restored Boston Edison Tudor Asks $300K

New, 2 comments

Recently restored with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a garage

A 1924 Boston Edison Tudor remodeled in 2015 has hit the market this weekend. It's 3,200 square feet with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and charming bonus rooms we often find in these houses. Its listing price? $299,900.

The highlights of this home include spacious rooms, a Pewabic tile fireplace in the living room, a lovely sunroom, and a gorgeous finished attic with dark woodwork that could be a master suite. While the third floor woodwork is dark, most in the rest of the house has been painted white.

This house sold for $44,000 in 2014, which has us wondering about the steep asking price.
