Boston Edison Tudor Hits the Market for $290K

Sam Szabla remodel has five bedrooms and a finished basement

The last time we featured a Sam Szabla remodel, it already had pending offers above the asking price. This 1922 Boston Edison Tudor just listed two days ago and is asking $289,900.

At 4,480 square feet, this five bedroom, four bath house has a lot of room to spread out. The basement is finished and includes a bar and extra room for storage. There's also a bonus room on the third floor that can be used as an office, studio, bedroom, or in-law suite. The kitchen has butcher block cabinets, a farmhouse sink, and a butler's pantry. The living room has a big fireplace and leaded glass doors. The property also has a two-car garage, fenced yard, and updated security system.

Like many of Szabla's houses, the remodel keeps much of the original detail, while adding contemporary design. We're including a gallery here, but there's even more pictures on the listing.
