3,000 square feet in a hot neighborhood

From what we're hearing, a lot of people are looking to get into the University District these days. This 1927 three-story Tudor was bought in December for $101,500. After some work to water-damaged walls, refinishing floors, updating systems, and more, the house is now listed for $259,900.

The 3,000-square-foot home has five bedrooms, three and a half baths, new windows, updated plumbing and electrical, refinished floors throughout, new appliances in the kitchen, built-in storage, and lots of original detail. The renovators were able to keep the green tile in the kitchen and a lot of the tile in the bathrooms. There's a finished third floor that could be a master suite.

The company who flipped the house posted a before video to show the condition of the house in December. (Great idea, y'all!)
