4 Move-In Ready Houses in Detroit Under $100K

New, 5 comments

From Rosedale Park to Morningside, here are a few affordable houses for sale right now

Prices might be on the rise in many neighborhoods in Detroit, but you can still find a great house in a good neighborhood under $100,000. Here are a few of the best listings (with the best pictures) we've spotted that have gone on the market in the last month.

This 1,860-square-foot two-story brick house in the University District has pretty good curb appeal, new carpeting (but still carpeting), and could be for a single family or possibly two. It's located close to Livernois and the University of Detroit. It's coming in at $97,750.

This cute little 1,083-square-foot bungalow in northwest Detroit has three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. Everything looks like it's been painted, tiled, and carpeted throughout, and it has an extra finished space on the second floor. It's listed for $69,000.

This sweet Rosedale Park home comes in at 1,048 square feet with three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. It looks like it's trapped in time, but well-maintained. It's listed for $65,000.

This Morningside ranch has that freshly renovated look, with fresh white paint and clean hardwood floors. No pictures of the kitchen, unfortunately, but they did list pictures of a bizarre carpeted basement. It's listed for $93,900.
