That didn't take long.
We reported yesterday that Dan Gilbert and Tom Gores were interested in bringing a Major League Soccer Team to Detroit and today they showed us what it could look like.
The site is at the fail jail, which continues to look exactly as it has looked for a long time. Can Dan Gilbert buy the site from the county? Or will they expand their horizons outside of downtown?
Dan Gilbert seems pretty insistent on keeping things close, saying, "Bringing a team downtown will also further energize Detroit’s urban core, which is critical to the entire city’s overall health and vibrancy."
