While these townhouses might not be the most spectacular on the outside, the inside has a lot to offer. It does have an open concept that some people seem to love, with an L-shaped kitchen leading into a living room. It also has dark mahogany floors that run throughout the living spaces and bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious with a decent amount of storage. The townhouse includes a two-car garage and a balcony. The HOA fees are $210/month. It's a lovely neighborhood, but still surprising to see the prices going this high. But then again, the first listing is going for $155 per square foot while this one is $161 per square foot fully loaded. Hmmm.
