It’s not often we see rentals list in Corktown. It’s even less often that a rental is so well-maintained and architecturally noteworthy. With a location close to everything the kids love these days, we thought this one was worth a mention. This rental in a sweet blue house, located right by Roosevelt Park, Michigan Central Station, Slow’s, Mercury Bar, Sugar House, etc, etc, is listed for $1,500 a month.

This charming two bedroom, one bathroom 2,300-square-foot flat has really nice refinished hardwood floors throughout and fun checkerboard floors in the kitchen. The kitchen also seems to have a decent amount of storage, plus a small pantry. The backyard is big enough for a party, with its own fire pit included. No pets allowed (boo!) and gas/electric is extra, but water is included in the rent.
