Restored 1897 Woodbridge Victorian sells for its asking price

A couple months ago, a gorgeous restored home came up for sale in Woodbridge. We had covered it before, back when it was a somewhat dreary duplex that sat on the market for quite some time. New owners restored it and turned it into a single family home. And they did really, really good work.

It listed in early June for $299,500 and sold for just that much. This four bedroom, two bath house is one of our favorites this year, with exceptional woodwork, beautiful floors, and a thoughtful renovation. Here’s one more look inside.
