Which East English Village house would you choose?

All under $100K

Today we’re heading over to the east side of the city to East English Village. This sweet neighborhood, bound by Mack to the south, Harper Ave. to the north, East Outer Drive to the west, and Cadieux Rd to the east, has many different styles of houses and a thriving neighborhood association. Here are four houses for sale - which would you choose?

First we’ll start with this two-unit house on Yorkshire. It has 2,150 square feet, five bedrooms (three in the lower unit, two in the upper), three bathrooms, Pewabic tile in the entrance, hardwood floors, and unfortunately only one picture. It’s listed for $82,000.

This 1,696-square-foot home on E. Outer Drive was recently remodeled with all new flooring, kitchen updates, bathroom fixtures, and all. The basement can still be turned into living space by the new owner. It also has a detached garage. The three bedroom, one and a half bath home is listing for $98,000.

This cute little bungalow on Grayton has three bedrooms, one bathroom, hardwood floors downstairs, and a sun room. It’s only listing for $65,900.

And this house on Harvard is just over 1,000 square feet, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small detached garage, and a screened-in porch in the back. It’s listing for $79,900.
